It doesn't take more than a few minutes to pan left/right a few times, so the cloud motion wasn't an issue.

Your splicing is top notch. Looks like one solid photo. Incredible work... I'm extremely picky about photography as an art. It's very easy for people to buy some nice equipment and half ass it. This is truly art.
